Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region.
    • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
  2. Market & Network Expansion:
    • Build and expand the network of builders, architects, consultants, and dealers.
    • Identify new business opportunities and penetrate untapped markets.
  3. Distributor Management:
    • Manage, guide, and support distributors to achieve sales objectives.
    • Monitor distributor performance and ensure smooth operations.
  4. Client Engagement:
    • Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
    • Address customer queries and ensure high service standards.
  5. Market Intelligence:
    • Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
    • Provide insights to strengthen market presence and improve sales strategies.

Additional Skills:
  1. Strong knowledge of building materials and product specifications.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively with sales and specification teams to achieve targets.
